1. By using Infinity Studio’s services, the customer is bound and agreed to the following terms appearing on Infinity’s website. Customer agrees to indemnify Infinity Studio’s partners, owner, manager, employees, and agents from any liability, expenses, damages and costs, including legal fees, compliance cost arising from any violation of a statute, negligence, breach of contract, common law tort, or otherwise, without limitation.
  2. Customer is responsible for ensuring the image placement is made accordingly in Infinity Studio website if the necessary customer will be consulted by providing a mock artwork for proofing. Please allow a tolerance of 1cm per length run as the artwork is handmade by craftsmen and not produced in bulk in a commercial factory.
  3. Infinity Studio cannot be held responsible for variation in the color, shade, saturation and final outlay of the artwork and/or image. Infinity Studio will take necessary precaution to ensure print is of high quality. Customer acknowledges that Infinity Studio cannot guarantee that the prints on the display devices would match or exactly identical with the finished product.
  4. Customer is required to upload minimum resolution of 150dpi, however, this depends on the size of the image need to be produced. Customer acknowledges that it is your responsibility to review and double-check your order before submitting it. Infinity Studio has the right to refuse the image if the quality of the prints will not produce an acceptable quality.
  5. If the customer expects something different from the materials that we have described on our website, Infinity Studio cannot be held responsible in this regard.
  6. Infinity Studio and its associates will not be review and monitor the artwork and/or image provided to us for production. However, during the production process, we may decide to cancel the order if the content is deemed too inappropriate or unlawful. Customer will be advice by Canvas Factory and refunded (after taking into any associated cost) accordingly in such instances.
  7. Customer is responsible for obtaining relevant clearance, making royalty/fee payment and ensure there is no infringement of intellectual property as stated in The Intellectual Property Laws Amendment Act 2015 (“Amendment Act”) amended the Patents Act 1990, Trade Marks Act 1995, Designs Act 2003, and the Plant Breeder’s Rights Act 1994 (“the Acts”) for artwork and/or image submitted for printing. Infinity Studio takes no responsibility for the failure of the customer in this regard. Should the customer has any queries as to what is legal always consult a lawyer that specialises in copyrights or log onto the Australian Copyright Council website for further information at http://www.copyright.org.au/information. Infinity Studio always respects the intellectual property of authors and creators of artwork and/or image and we ask our customers to do the same.
  8. Upon receiving your customer’s order, Infinity Studio takes about 5 business days for production and another 5-10 business days for delivery. Delivery time is out of Infinity Studio’s control and the customer could monitor the delivery using online tracking. No compensation offered by Infinity Studio for late delivery.
  9. Infinity Studio cannot be held responsible if the customer has omitted any pertinent information related to delivery including an instruction to leave the parcel unattended. For returned artwork, Infinity Studio has the right to charge a delivery fee for re-shipment.
